In an uncertain world, this includes offering re-usable, chemical-free water drink bottles and the best possible water filter systems and water filter drink bottles on the market that can provide access to clean water free of harmful chemicals, bacteria, viruses and other contaminants at home, work, outdoors and on-the-go, without reliance on the public water system or electricity.

Though some of our products may seem expensive upfront, they are eco-friendly and highly economical over the long term as they are made to go the distance – a rare thing in today’s world of cheap, throw-away products that break after only a few uses or a few years. All our products are the original and actual brand.

Return and Refund Policy

All of our bottles are carefully checked over for any defects including dents, discoloration, cracked lids etc., before sending out to our customers.
Therefore, please note that we only give refunds, accept returns or give replacements for clear MANUFACTURER DEFECTS which must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If you believe you have an exception, please contact us BEFORE sending us your bottle.
If your bottle was damaged in the post, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt or you may claim directly from NZ Post.
We do NOT give refunds or replacements for:

Discolouration due to a dishwasher or other use
Whistling lids –These may be fixed with adjustment see here. (Please only contact us if your lid is extremely loud).
Damage or issues caused by use
We do not refund Postage

Please note that if you send a bottle without first contacting us, and the bottle has been clearly used and/or there is no defect, we will NOT provide a replacement or refund and the bottle will NOT be returned except at the buyers expense.
